Stinson Library and Friends of Stinson Library express appreciation to the community for their continued support in conjunction with the 90th Anniversary celebration that took place Saturday, August 14.. A special thank you to Jim Miles, Carla Anderson, A Catered Affair, Jerry Costello's donation of an American flag, the Gazette Democrat, Anna State Bank, First National Bank Jonesboro, WlBH radio, WPSD- TV Channel 6, Anna­Jonesboro Women's Club, Housman's Landscaping of Jonesboro, Schaefer's Enterprises of Wolf Lake and all who contributed to the success of the 90th Anniversary. 

Congratulations to Cindy Benefield of Anna, the winner of a drawing for an L-100 John Deere lawn tractor provided by A-J Motors. Proceeds from the rame will benefit library projects.

 Celebrate Colorfest at Stinson Library, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, October 9 . Vendors need to respond by September 1. For more information contact Marilyn Keller at 833-5378.

 The Friends of Stinson plan to meet at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 7, at the library. All members and friends are welcome to attend. Topics on the agenda include Colorfest, Friends' donation of a book drop and bike rack to the library.
