Stinson Library and the Friends of Stinson Library express appreciation to those who visited the library display at this year’s Union County Business Expo.  Janet Dillman of Jonesboro won the child’s Easter basket.

A spring book sale is planned from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 13 at the library.  A preview sale for Friends of Stinson Library or a $5 fee is planned from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, May 12.

The latest large-print books donated by the Friends of Stinson include “Train from Marietta” by Dorothy Garlock, “The Two Minute Rule” by Robert Crais, “Sea Change” by Robert Parker and “All Night Long” by Jayne Ann Krentz.

The Friends of Stinson Library plan to meet at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 2 at the library.
