Celebrate Colorfest @ your library

ColorFest will be celebrated Saturday, October 13, at Stinson Library. The event is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. behind the library on the Anna First Baptist Church parking lot.

Activities are scheduled to include a book sale, a flea market, crafts, food and music.

VFW donates new American Flag

The Friends of Stinson Library voice their appreciation to the Anna VFW for a new American Flag.

What the friends do:

	Hold used-book sales (very popular event!) to raise money and recycle books
	Give a book to every child in the Southern Seven Head Start Program
	Support library programs
	Raise funds for new books and library improvements
	Develop community library awareness
	Offer volunteer opportunities
	Encourage donations
	Maintain memorial funds
	Manage endowed funds
